I made Pete another green sweater. This time out of Knit Picks Tweed yarn so it has an army/outdoorsy feel to it. He wanted apple buttons on it, I couldn't find any, but I told him the wooden buttons I used were made of apple tree wood. I used
this pattern and thought it was well written. I used a lot of the 2T measurements but added length for my skinny guy
Garrick accidentally sent it through the wash- but since it was superwash yarn it was fine and actually blocked it for me which was great. I am never confident that superwash yarn is really that!
I guess it is good for jumping in too.
